Teachers may reserve AIS computer labs for use with their classes. Reservation requests are prioritized as follows:

Other Secondary classes

Library-related work (research, electronic databases, citation skills, etc.)
Primary and Secondary classes
Primary 306
Primary classes as scheduled (5K - 3rd grade)
Other Primary classes
Primary Flex 5
Primary classes as scheduled (4K, 4th and 5th grade)
Other Primary classes
Primary Laptop Cart
Primary classes

Reservation requests should be made at least 2 days in advance and are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. With the exception of Integrated MYP Technology projects and the PYP Exhibition, both of which take several weeks to complete and must be coordinated with multiple departments, please schedule lab bookings no more than 2 weeks in advance and for no more than 4 consecutive classes.
Teachers are responsible to supervise their students when using the lab. As a general rule, students are not permitted to use computer labs when teachers are not present, with the exception of Diploma students (grades 11-12) in the ASD 317 and Secondary G20 computer labs.
